The interior package handles the everyday cabin. Focused add-ons address specific materials or buildup that need a deeper pass. The easiest way to choose is to name the surface and the condition.
01
What the interior package already covers
Our Interior Detail lists a complete vacuum and wipe-down, UV protection on interior surfaces, leather cleaning and conditioning, and streak-free glass. That is the core cabin reset for floors, seats, touch surfaces, and windows used in everyday driving.
If your main concerns are ordinary dust, crumbs, fingerprints, and the general lived-in feeling of the cabin, start there. The package is easier to understand when it is allowed to do its defined job rather than being described as every possible interior correction.

02
When shampooing or mat cleaning enters the request
Seat, carpet, and roof-line shampoo is a listed add-on. Mat cleaning is listed separately. Those options make sense when fabric or carpet needs more direct treatment than the standard vacuum and wipe-down. Tell us whether the issue is on a removable mat, fixed carpet, a seat, or the roof line.
Photos can help when stains, texture, or coverage are difficult to describe. Do not pre-treat the area just to make the request look better. The visible starting condition is the information we need to discuss the scope.
- Name the exact surface
- Describe how much of the area is affected
- Mention any product already used
- Add the focused service to your request

03
Pet hair and odor need direct language
Pet-hair removal is a listed add-on, and the full-detail package lists deodorizing and odor elimination. Those are different conditions. Hair may be concentrated in carpet, cargo fabric, or seat seams, while odor may remain even when loose debris is gone.
Tell us where the condition is strongest and whether it affects one zone or the whole cabin. That prevents a vague interior request from hiding the part you care about most.

04
Build the request from the core outward
Choose Interior Detail as the base when the outside is not part of the appointment. Then add only the focused work supported by the actual condition. If both the cabin and exterior need the visit, compare the Full Detail first and keep the deeper add-ons separate.
A useful message might read: sedan, interior detail, pet hair across the rear seat and carpet, plus mat cleaning. That is much easier to review than asking for a deep clean without naming the surfaces.
Common follow-ups
Quick answers.
Is shampooing included in the standard interior package?
No. Seat, carpet, and roof-line shampoo is listed as a focused add-on.
Is mat cleaning the same as full carpet shampooing?
No. Mat cleaning has its own listed add-on, while seat, carpet, and roof-line shampoo covers a broader set of fabric surfaces.
